Note :- (i) The job mix formula shall be approved by GE. (ii) 5% binder content has been specified for quoting purpose of bid. If the quantity of the bitumen exceeds the 5% as mentioned above, no plus price adjustment shall be made. If the quantity of bitumen required as per job mix formula works out less than 5%, the recovery of the supply only bitumen shall be effected @ Rs. 50/- per Kg. The cost of transportation of material and testing charges shall be borne by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorporation of the same in the work | 40 | Ten Sqm |
