This CAMC includes 4 periodic preventive maintenance by authoriesed Vertiv Global Service factory trained customer Engineer. The above CAMC does not cover the consumabale items like Batteries, Capacitors,Switchgear, & Cooling fans. The subject CAMC had been devised to include (1) Guaranteed 24-Hour on-site response, 7 days/ week, 24 hours/ day, (2) All spare parts coverage (Except Exclusions), labour & travel coverage & unlimited Break Down calls, (3) Includes 100% labour and travel coverage 7 days/ week, 24 hours/ day, (4) Performed by VERTIV GLOBAL SERVICE factory trained Customer Engineers, (5) Covers upto Four Preventive Maintenance Services including all Breakdown calls (Excluding national holidays), (6) Battery Health check up 6.24X7 Service Availabilty at site by keeping Vertiv Technician at Site round the Year. Preventive Maintenance Service had been devised to include (1) Cleaning up of Unit, Visual Inspection to check any deformation, (2)Checking and Adjustment (lf needed) of Power parameters like input. Output, DC voltage & Current, (3) Checking and Adjustment (if needed) of Control parareters on different PCBs, (4) Tightness of all connection, if shut down possible, (5) Functional Checking up of Rectifier section and inverter section, functional Checking up of Static Switch Section, (6) With customer approval, perform operational test of the system including unit transfer and battery dscharge, (7) Install or perform Engineering Field Change Notices (FCN) as necessary 12.00 Months
