Operating Staff required with each machine - HMV driver- 1no, Anti smog gun operator - 1no., Helper/Beldar - 1 no. 9. Operating staff must be equipped with smart mobile phones with internet data transfer facility, running cost of fuel i. e. CNG/Mobil oil & water for anti smog gun etc. 10. Minimum operating time 8 hours shift covering 40 kms in a day .All consumables charges including CNG/ Diesel/ Mobil oil and water shall be borne by agency .
