Providing Of Custom Bid For Services - Camc Of Dbbv At Howrah Terminal- Works To Be Carried Out For The Actuators:, A. Spare Parts: Spares Shall Be Comprehensively Covered And Shall Be Replaced In Case Of Any, And All Product Quality Related Issues / Manufacturing Defects Etc. Iocl Shall Provide At Site, An, Adequate Storage Facility For Storing The Spare Parts. Auma Shall Maintain Required Spares At, The Storage Facility And Shall Use These (consume, Move To A Different Site, Take Back) As, Appropriate Without Any Prior Approval Of M/s Iocl, However, With Written Intimation To Iocl, Officials In-charge At Site For Enabling Gate Pass / Fulfilling Documentation Requirements., B. Pm Visits: The Camc Shall Consist Of Scheduled Preventive Maintenance (pm) Visits And, Breakdown Visits. There Shall Be 4 Scheduled Pm Visits In A Year. Breakdown Visits Shall Be, Carried Out As And When Needed And Shall Be Included In The Contract For All Issues Caused Due, To Manufacturing Defects Or Product Quality Issues., C. Pm Visit Schedule: The Scheduled Pm Visits Shall Be Executed Based On A Pre-defined, Calendar Schedule Mutually Agreed Between M/s Iocl And Auma. M/s Iocl Shall Ensure That, The Site And Actuators Are Available For Pm Visits As Per The Schedule. 4 Visits Every Quarter In A, Year, During The Entire Contract Period Of Camc For Three Years Based On Shutdown Schedule, Provided By Iocl., D. Scope Of Pm: The Scheduled Maintenance Visits Shall Include Regular Preventive Maintenance, Activities As Planned, Replacement Of Maintenance Spares (wherever Applicable), Review Of, Condition Of The Actuators (visual And Operational), Checking Of Performance Against, Specification And Collection & Review Of Actuator Performance Data. The Condition Of All, Actuators Shall Be Analysed Against Baseline Performance Data And Root Cause Analysis Shall, Be Used To Define The Right Solution To Any Anomalies., E. Pm Visit Report: A Report On Condition Of All Dbbv Actuators At The Site Shall Be Submitted After, Every Pm Visit. The Report Shall Include Health Summary Of Each Actuator, Performance Data,, Predicted Potential Failures, Possible Impact, And Level Of Risk With Recommendation For, Corrective Actions Wherever Applicable., F. Break Down Visits: The Break Down Calls Shall Be Attended To And Rectified Within 2 Days (48, Hours) Of Logging Of The Service Call Intimation Over Phone/email. Auma Shall Provide The, Contact Details / Email Id /toll Free Number For Logging Complaint. Price Adjustment / Penalties, Towards Delay In Service During The Camc Period Shall Be Rs. 1000/- Per Day Of Delay Beyond, The Defined Period Of 2 Days. Above Price Reduction, However, Shall Be Limited To Amount Of, Maximum Bill Amount Possible For That Quarter. In Case Rectification Is Not Completed Within That, Quarter, Price-adjustment / Penalty Shall Be Again Applicable From Start Of That Quarter Till The, Break Down Is Rectified. In The Event Of Force Majeure Such As Strikes, Riots, Civil Commotion,, Floods Or Any Other Natural Calamities, Due Consideration Shall Be Given By M/s Iocl, And, Penalties Waived Off As Appropriate. G. Manpower: Unskilled Manpower Required For Lowering, Towering, And Moving The Actuator Shall, Be Provided By M/s Iocl Limited To 3 Nos. Workers. Additional Manpower, Tools, Equipment,, Etc. Required For Performing The Job To Be Arranged By M/s Auma. Any Cabling, Glanding,, Terminal Connections Removal If Needed Shall Be Done By M/s Iocl., H. Tools & Tackles: M/s Auma Engineer Will Carry Basic Tools Such As, Non-sparking Allen Key Set,, Screw Drivers, Multi-meter, Pliers, Etc. For Servicing The Actuators. However, If Any Special, Equipment’s (forklifts, Trucks, Cranes, Tripods, Chain Pulley Block And Tools Other Than The Ones, Carried By Service Engineer) Are Required, The Same Shall Also Have To Be Arranged By M/s, Auma. Consumables Such As Cotton Rag, Kerosene, Oil, Grease, Etc., Shall Be Provided By, M/s Iocl., I. Work Environment: All Actuators Are Assumed To Be In Accessible And Safe Working Locations. If, There Are Any Difficulties In Accessing An Actuator Or If There Are Any Perceived Hazards / Risks,, The Same Shall Be Brought To The Notice Of Iocl Site Immediately And Work Shall, Commence/resume After All The Risks Are Eliminated., J. Scope Of Pm Work On Complete Actuator: -, • Checking Of Power Module., • Checking Of Control Unit., • Checking Of Motor Healthiness., • Checking Of E-pac., • Checking Of Selector Switch (remote/local)., • Checking Of Protection Systems., • Checking Of Emergency Shutdown., • Checking Of Push Buttons., • Checking Of Feedback In Mov Terminal., • Checking Of Terminal Compartment., • Checking Of Thermostat., • Checking Of Torque And Travel Limit Switches., • Checking Of Position Indicator If Fitted With Actuator., • Checking Of Hand Wheel., • Checking Of Base Assembly., • Checking Of Oil Seals And O-rings., • Checking Of Mechanical Position Indicator. • Checking Of Cover O-rings For Healthiness To Avoid Moisture/water Entry., • Witnessing Of Actuator Operation (open And Close Operation In Both Local And Remote)., • Checking For Grease Leakages., • Checking Of Lubrication., • Replacing The Defective Components/ Parts., • Complete Checking Of Actuator Assembly., • Checking Of Open / Close Operation In Manual / Electrical Mode., • Checking The Functions Of Limit & Torque Switches And Resetting Of Switches If Required., • Rectification Of Any Snags In The Actuator Assembly., • Topping Up Of Grease / Replacement If Required., • Assessment Of Actuators Requiring Major Repairs Or Modifications And Recommendation Of, Spares, • Changing Parts With More Wear And Tear Wherever Required Without Waiting For Breakdown, Of The Same., • During The Contract Period, All Dbbv’s Actuators To Be Ensured Functional.
