1 | Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Submersible pumpset 12000 GPH X 120 mtr Head along with allied electro mechanical works in the Tube well (including one no. standby of same specification) for augmentation of water supply at Deeli under WSS Deeli. The pump bowl should be of close grained cast iron with renewable wearing rings of bronze material. The pump shaft shall be of stainless steel guided with stainless steel distance sleeves /shaft protection sleeves provided with each bowl above and below the stainless steel impeller. The coupling shall be of mesh type rigid sleeve of stainless steel, non slipping type with matching groove and cotter arrangement to suite keyway provided. The suction case shall be of close-grained cast-iron material. The motor should be three phase AC supply having nominal speed of 2900 RPM, 380 Volts + 15% of frequency 50 Hz + 3% and power rating of the motor selected shall be above the power consumed by the pump at duty point with next higher rating available as per standard size. The motor should be totally enclosed squirrel cage induction type, water cooled and sealed against outside water being pumped. The windings shall be wet type water lubricated and provided with metal tilting thrust pad designed to take up all untoward load to most unfavorable running conditions. The Pumpset must be of reputed make conforming to relevant BIS/IS standards/codes. The job further includes fabrication of adapter Nipple approx 1 metre long fabricated out of MS Pipe, of which bottom end diameter is to be reduced to the delivery of Submersible Pump and threading the Pipe for screwing into the delivery portion to the submersible pump and other end of the adapter nipple is welded with MS flange of required size fabricated out of MS Plate for fixing with the column pipe & 02 No nuts of required size are to be welded on opposite size of the proper piece so that clamping bolt of the tie rod can passed through it. The Job includes the cost of material and labour charges. Fabrication of the tie rod clamping arrangement for clamping the pump and motor to the upper adopter nipple, fabricated out of 40x6 MS Plate as per required size. The upper ends of these flat strips should be welded with full threaded bolt 12mm dia. and 10 cm long. These bolts are to be passed through the nuts welded on the adopter nipple piece, tightening of the 12 mm double nuts on both sides including cost of material and labour charges. Fabrication of 125 mm dia. MS forged clamp 2 No s for lowering the MS column pipes into the Tube well casing pipe. The clamp should be in the two halves and should have two holes on either sides of the holding arm. The clamp has to be fabricated out of MS Flat of 100 mmx10 mmx1 mtr. The Job includes the cost of MS flat for clamp 4 No s with cost of material and labour etc. The Job includes coupling of pump and motor properly checking of movement of the pump, tightening of the adopter nipple to the delivery side of the pump tightening of tie rod and testing of the pump set in the testing pit at workshop. The job also includes providing and welding of MS flanges to 125mm MS Column pipes, alignment of pipes (MS column pipes to be provided by divisional store), also providing and fitting rubber flanges, Nut & Bolts and NRV -01No of requisite dia. conforming to relevant IS/BIS standards, as per site conditions. The Job further involves lowering of submersible pump set into the Tube well upto level of 100 m along with the column pipes by using special tools and tackles viz chain pulley block, MS Clamp. The job also includes providing, fitting and commissioning of 110 mtr (approx) DMT of 16 sq.mm Sub cable of superior quality, one of cable end will be fixed in panel and other end with sub motor after properly dressing of cable ends and insulating their properly. The Job includes patching of the cable existing sub. cable of motor by using patch rolls and insulation tape to make water proof for lowering of submersible pump unit, testing of submersible pumpset on full load by making connections of submersible cable of motor pumpset with the panel and checking/high testing of all the electro mechanical connections. The job also includes providing of submersible pumpset12000 GPH X 120 mtr head as stand-by. The complete job includes cost of material, installation, labour and handling charges. | 1.000 | Job |
2 | Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 250 KVA, 3 phase, copper wound, oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer, with input operating voltage of 260-480 Volts phase to phase and operating frequency of 47-53 Hz at newly drilled borewell. The stabilizer should be provided with digital voltage and current display for independent phases with selector switches along with RYB phase indicators. The stabilizer should be provided with 3 phase 4 pole 300 Amps MCCB and a bypass switch for passing the stabilizer in case of any fault. The stabilizer should be mounted on unidirectional wheels. Shifting of stabilizer to site of installation by means of mechanical transport, filling up of transformer oil up to required level in the stabilizer oil tank and making necessary electrical connections by providing and fitting of copper cables as of required current carrying capacity after proper thimbling. 3 | Designing, fabrication, installation. Testing and commissioning of 110 Amp LT control Panel suitable for 440 volt, AC-3 phase, 50HZ, power supply for upto 60 HP Submersible Motor for augmentation of water supply at Deeli under WSS Deeli. The panel should be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet supported on MS angle suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the floor with the help of bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should be equipped with following components/ features. MCCB:- The panel should be fitted with an MCCB 160 Amps. Capacity and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. Star Delta Starter:- The panel should be fitted with fully automatic star delta starter of suitable size comprising of three nos. air break contactors. 110Amps.- 02 Nos. and 70 Amps- 01 no., timer 01 no. for change over of the supply of motor from star to delta, 02 nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 01 no. indicator, 01 no. MCB 6 Amps. for protection of internal control wiring with proper internal control wiring with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply. Protection devise/fault analyzer:- A protection devise/fault analyzer shall be fitted with the panel with capability to:- a) Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical fault which my otherwise damage the motor windings:- 1. Voltage related fault:- Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage. 2. Current related fault:- Over current/load, dry running, unbalance current/load, earth leakage, short circuiting. 3. Mechanical fault:- Locked rotor, broken shaft b) Display line current of RYB Phase and also line voltage of RY and YB phase. c) Display and record trip counts and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalance, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage respectively. d) Analyze, display & record no. of operation and duration of motor running. Bimetal overload relay :- A bimetal overload relay of suitable range should be fitted in the panel as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation/ bye pass switch to by-pass the fault analyzer .All material should conform to relevant IS/BIS standards/codes. The job also includes providing and fitting of 400 Amps main switch on the wall along with single core 250 sq.mm Al cable from Main switch to Panel via stabilizer 30 meters in length and single core 50 sq.mm Al cable 10 meters in length for neutral after thimbling and insulating properly both the ends of the cables. 4 | Designing, Fabrication, Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 5 Ton Capacity Electrical Operated chain block for augmentation of water supply at Deeli under WSS Deeli suitably designed for operation of raising/Lowering of Submersible pump set along with column assembly of following specifications: Electric Chain Hoist to be designed as per ISI Specification. Capacity : 5 Ton Hoisting Speed Mt/Min : 2m/min Lift : upto 6 mtr. HP of the Motor: 5 HP Make ISI Mark CONSTRUCTION : Hoist should be of unique modular construction. Each sub assembly is easily accessible individually, thus reducing the time and cost involved in the maintenance. FRAME: The Frame should be sturdy design, fabricated from tested steel plates and welded/ bolted type. LOAD CHAIN: Conforming to relevant IS code with latest amendment if any, Grade 80, tested, calibrated and duly heat treated. BRAKE: Instant action 'fail to safe, Electro Magnetic disc brakes should be incorporated to ensure maximum safety and reliability in operation. UNIT SWITCH : Snap action limits switches to be used to prevent over hoisting and over lowering. CONTROL PANEL: Totally enclosed dust and moisture proof panel housing with components of standard makes confirming relevant standard IEC/IS with latest amendment if any or Equivalent to provide control at low voltage for safety of operator. It further includes testing of whole setup on full load so as to track and check any further leakages using proper welding works or/and assembling with nuts-bolts with proper flanging wherever required and then testing again on full load.
