| 1 | Providing EXPANSION JOINT TREATMENT (UPTO 150 MM): Dismantling/Removing previous Treatment, prepare the substrate by cleaning and must be mineral, dry, stable, solid and clean, Loose ingredients, release agents, formwork oil, grease and other adhesion-reducing layers have to be removed first before using Joint Tape EPDM. The age of the concrete should be, at least 3-4 weeks, depending on climate. Damaged areas, cracks and holes can be reprofiled with Poxy Fix 005. Pull of strength of concrete should be greater than 1.5 MPa. Providing and applying first the PoxyFix 005 is mixed homogeneously in the right mixing ratio. Therefore, component B is fully mixed with component A. Choose a suitable mixing device, mix at least 3 minutes thoroughly, as long as there are no more visible colour streaks in the mass. Refilling the product in a clean container and briefly mixing it again, just to ensure to get a homogenous mass. The mixing device should mix on low speed to avoid forming of air bubbles. Providing and fixing 300 mm wide Joint Tape XTP 1 on expansion joint as per TDS application methodology. Providning and fixing 300 mm wide and 3 mm thick aluminium Cover plate including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge in Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.
