| 3 | Supply of decorative ornamental pole with Single arm Decorative bracket.Total height of the pole with bracket shall be 9000 mm nominal above the ground. The pole shall be made out of mild steel tube in multiple sections with grooves as per attached drawing the different sections shall be joined together through flanges and swaging joints and are welded to get stable structure.The bottom section shall be of 165 mm dia x 3.6 mm thickness x 1200 mm long,the middle section shall be of 114 mm dia(grooved to dia108 mm and swaged)x 3.6mm thickness x 1800mm long and top section shall be 89mm dia(grooved to dia82 mm and swaged)x 3.6 mm thickness x 2800 mm long.The base plate shall be of dimension 300 x 300 mm and thickness 15 mm and joined with the pole by welding joint with the help of stiffeners.A built in service window shall be provided to accommodate a 6 amp SP MCB and 32 amp heavy duty connector for mains connections in the bottom part of the pole as shown in the attached drawing.The cast iron decorative embellishments shall be fixed with the pole with the help of SS grub screws as shown in attached drawing.The decorative bracket shall be made out of Mild steel tube,rod &embellishments shall be made of cast iron,total height of the bracket shall be 1200 mm till the bracket arm.The decorative pole and decorative bracket shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface.The decorative pole and decorative bracket shall be duly pretreated by shot blasting process and coated with high end epoxy primers and top coat in UV ray resistant polyurethane / Polyester coating in approved colourshade.The Coating on the pole and bracket shall bebaked in oven at required temperature and parameters.The DFT of coating on pole shall be 90 microns (minimum).The coating on pole and bracket shall pass minimum 500 salt spray hours.Wind pressure calculation shall be done as perIS875.The contractor has to specify pole manufacturers name and manufacturing facility details in technical bid.The pole manufacturer shall have in house facility for pole fabrication consisting of Laser cutting machine , pole grooving macine,Pole fabrication and Mig | 1500.00 | Nos |
