The work includes the supply and placement of TMT Reinforcement (10mm dia bars), duly cut, bent, and welded/tied to form a rigid cage as per structural drawings. The scope specifically includes the Precision Fixing of High-Tensile Foundation Bolts using a rigid factory-made common template to ensure perfect verticality and bolt-circle diameter (BCD) alignment. Item also covers the provision of high-quality shuttering, smooth finishing of the top pedestal (above ground level), internal conduit piping for cable entry, backfilling with approved earth in layers (duly compacted), and disposal of surplus excavated material outside the site premises as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. | ||

This includes the underground laying of 3.5 Core 25sqmm Armoured Aluminium LT Cable through 50mm HDPE conduit from the nearest LT source to the Mast Control Panel. Also includes the establishment of a Dual-Electrode Pipe Earthing System: GI pipe, 40 mm dia, 3 m long, perforated at intervals, GI strip 25 mm 4 mm from electrode to mast base,(REC J-2 Standard), alternate layers of charcoal and salt around electrode with RCC inspection chambers to ensure a system earth resistance of <2 Ohms, complete with all necessary terminations, lugs, and glands. |
