| 1 | Providing and applying one coat of epoxy primer and two coat of Polyurethane waterproofing membrane on the terrace as per following method. a. clean the surface by wire brush grinder thoroughly. b. Apply the heavy duty tile cleaner to the surface and brush the surface and clean thoroughly by clean water. c. Wash the surface by the jet d. Fully glazed tiles chips must be abraded prior to the priming. Primer: 1. Prior to mixing, stir part A mechanically. 2.When all of part B has been added to part A, mix continuously for 3 minutes until a uniform mix has been achieved. Over mixing must be avoided to minimize air entrainment. 3. Pour the mixed primer onto the prepared substrate and apply by brush, roller or squeegee then back roller in two direction at right angles to each other. 4. Immediately broadcast quarts sand on wet primer and remove excess sand after primer is cured. Polyurethane waterproofing memberance: Apply first coat directly from container by rooler or brush. Apply second coat in same way as first coat preferably applied in cross direction to first coat. Product information: Sikalastic-10 Primer EP: Epoxy resin with special fillers with 20 KG pack, with Part A+B, Part A 15.8 Kg container, Part B 4.2 kg container, Colour: Part A+B mixed liquid, brownish-transparent, Part A liquid, brownish-transparent, Part B liquid, transparent Waterproof materials: Sikalastic 562 IN, Composition: Water based Polyurethane, viscous liquid. Packaging: 25 Kg container. Colour: White or Grey Consumption: Epoxy primer 400gm/Sqm and Polyurethane waterproofing memberance1.5-1.8kg/sqm. Work should be carried out as per manufacturer specification. The cost of work include required all materials, tools, plants, machines, Laboure cost etc., complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. | 450 | Sqm |
