| 1 | Preventive Maintenance Works of Air Handling Units (Ceiling mounted/Floor mounted type) including the following works on a one time basis: 1. Wet cleaning of Filters (Prefilters, Bag filters etc) 2. Wet Chemical Cleaning of Cooling and fins with suitable liquid 3. Combing of cooling coil fins (if required) 4. Servicing of blower (Lubrication of all moving parts including motor and fan bearings, cleaning of blower wheel, fan blades, casing etc.) 5. AHU Belts are inspected for proper tension and wear; frayed or worn belts shall be replaced. 6. Fan motors/blowers are checked for electrical connections, alignment checking, unusual noise, excessive vibration, and overheating etc. Also necessary minor repairing includes replacement of damaged bearings, pulleys, shaft alignment correction work etc. of motor/blower need to be done, if required 7. Cleaning and lubrication of Volume Control dampers (VCDs) of Supply air, Return air and Fresh Air 8. The condensate drain pan and drain lines are inspected and cleaned to prevent clogs and remove any algae or mold growth 9. Overall cleaning and servicing of AHU cabinet, body & door seals, and gaskets for any air leaks. etc. Total 19 Nos of Ceiling Mounted AHUs in CSB, 4 Nos of Floor mounted AHUs in CIF and 1 No of Ceiling Mounted TFA in CIF | 190.10 | TR |
