| 1 | Complete Overahuling of 35 MVA, 220/6.9 kV, M/S TELK Make, Power Transformer at HWPK including opening of Top cover and allied parts, exposing the core and and copper windings after draining the oil, carrying out inspection at site in presence of HWPK representative for any abnormalities, Assesment of winding insulation and fault noticed if any.Cleaning of all healthy parts i.e the copper windings, the core laminations, tank, OLTC, terminals of OLTC. Brazing /soldering required if any , Removal of HV bushings and storing them at a safe place, Sleeving, insulating, brazing of connections if required, Overhaul of radiator valves, Repair/Removal of bends in radiators and expansion bellows, Supply and Replacement of all the gaskets, Oil Seals, and leakage points in the transformer which include cork gaskets, teflon washers, drain plugs, Creep paper, Cotton tape, adhesives etc, Cleaning of Radiator fans and their conditioning without rewinding, Maintenance and calibration/testing of buchholz relay, Overhaul of Oil pumps, Overhauling of driving mechanism of OLTC, collecting the insulation paper samples for subsequent testing (Testing is in the scope of vender). Reassembling the transformer by putting the top cover, fixing all the active and allied parts, making terminal connections, fixing of oil valves and accesories, fixing of OLTC with alignment. arrange the autharised person of OEM (i.e. M/s Talk) for overhauling of OLTC including supply of the OLTC overhauling kit is in the scope of the vendor, Painting of Transformer. Performing Routine Tests on the Transformer before & after Overhauling like-Insulation Resistance and PI value, Voltage ratio test at all taps, Winding Resiatance , Magnetic Balance Test, Tan Delta of Windings and Bushings is under the scope of vendor. Note:- For carry out this job all required consumable items including required quantity of paints,Tools & Tackles, arrangements like wooder slipers, heaters & transformer covering sheet during the heating the transformer, 6000 LPH Filter Machine with new filter cartridge, sufficient quantity of Nitrogen cylinders for drying out, sufficient size of oil tank to drain the transformer oil, Hose pipes etc are under the scope of vender. Hydra will be arrange by department on chargable basis After completion of work, idle charging the transformer and observing LT voltage and air venting and clearance for loading the transformer. | 1 | Lot |

| 4 | Oil filteration of 40MVA transformer with high vacuum Machine, includs oil filtration of the transformer should be performed using a high-vacuum filter machine with a flow capacity of 6000 LPH or higher, along with an operator and 1-micron filters. The filtration process is aimed at reducing the water content and achieving the required BDV (Breakdown Voltage) of the transformer oil. The vendor is responsible for ensuring the availability of an adequate quantity of 1-micron filters. A new set of filters must be installed in the machine at the site before beginning the filtration process. The filtration of the transformer oil should be completed successfully to meet the required standards.
