| 1 | Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations and compound lights/ street lights/ security lights including repairing the wiring and light fixtures complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register and on online complaint management system, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc. and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts (To be issued by the department on complaint basis but electrical tapes, T&P required for replacement of defective electrical parts and tools, safety equipments for deployed labour and stationary items such as logbooks, complaint registers, worker diary, Biometric attandance system will be provided by the contractor the rates deemed to be include in the tender nothing extra will be paid on account of these) including running maintenance & operation and general upkeep of various capacity drinking water supply pump sets along with sluice/ gate valves etc. to fill up over head water tank for timely delivery of water supply and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of pump house and maintaining log book for above installation and running maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of LT Panels alongwith allied accessories for maintaining essential power supply, as and when required, on account of failure of main electrical power supply/ load shedding including periodical checking of DG set for their proper functioning alongwith minor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying staff as per terms & conditions attached. on all days of the month i/c Sundays & Holidays as per site requirement. i) Wireman Cum Operator = 2 Nos. (6.00AM to 2.00PM, 2.00PM to 10.00PM) ii) Lift Operator = 2 Nos. (6.00AM to 2.00PM, 2.00PM to 10.00PM) iii) Khallasi = 1 Nos. (General Shift) | 12 | Months |
