Scope includes three-shift operation with minimum 3 operators and 1 dedicated Supervisor; reliever manpower; start-up/shutdown; Auto/Manual/Sanitization/Circulation/Standby modes; pump and valve operation; UV and heat-exchanger monitoring; storage tank and distribution-loop monitoring; HMI/SCADA operation and alarm handling; process and quality parameter monitoring; RO/EDI monitoring where applicable; POU monitoring; utility consumption recording; chemical preparation and dosing; sanitization; RO membrane CIP; housekeeping; preventive and breakdown maintenance support using HBL-supplied spares; QC sampling support; validation/IQ/OQ/PQ support; audit/inspection support; documentation, logbooks and daily/weekly/monthly reports; GMP, SOP, GEP, PTW, LOTO, MSDS and data-integrity compliance. Supply of all dosing chemicals required to run the system should also be considered as scope of works.
