Daily operation of central heating plant 2. Routine cleaning of burners, boiler chamber ,filters and chimneys. 3. Inspection and servicing of pump,radiators, valves and associated fittings. 4. Lubrication of moving parts where required. 5. Minor repair not requiring replacement of major components. 6. Maintaining temperature levels as per office requirement . 7. Record keeping of operation hours and fuel usage. 8. Safe handling and feeding of fuel to the system. 9. Ensuring uninterrupted heating throughout the 4 month period. 10.
