(iii) Contractor shall be liable to repair of electric cable/OFC cable/pipe line, etc. (any description) if damaged during execution of work. (iv) Work shall be executed in multistorey bldgs (i.e. upto G+8 incl Mumty). Rate of scoffolding/safety harness, helmet, safety jackets etc are included in item rates. No extra amount shall be paid. (v) As per requirement work may be executed at any given site, within the AOR of AGE B/R-III (W) Delhi Cantt. (vi) Works shall be executed in duct/shaft of sewage pipeline area of the building without any extra cost. (vii) Contractor shall be liable to clean all window glass of bldgs. (upto G+8) after completion of periodical services. No extra amount shall be paid. | ||
