| 2 | Non-Comprehensive maintenance of COOPER make Addressable type Fire Detection system i/c servicing the Main control panel , cleaning of detectors, checking of any trouble / fault in the Main fire panel and associated devices, trouble shooting the same including locating the fault and removing the fault by repairing the faulty equipment, checking the battery charging and cleaning the battrey terminals and complete testing of the equipments. Defective parts which are not repairable shall be paid extra. Routine Maintenance also include checking the working of Manual call box and sounder on each floor. Visit of engineer shall be on Fortnightly basis. Preventive Maintenance shall be on quarterly basis. Monthly testing report regarding the healthy working of all device shall be given to Engineer in charge.
