| 2 | The scope of work/ supply for MBR based packaged STP shall be, but not limited to as given herein: It is proposed to have a MBR (Membrane Bio-reactor) based Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in place of the existing Sewage Treatment Plant which is envisaged in the same location. The Design capacity of the proposed sewage treatment plant shall be retained as it is i.e 50 KLD. The scope shall include Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Manufacture, Construction and Erection of all Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping, Painting & Instrumentation works, Acid/Alkali tiling, inspection, Storage at site, Commissioning and testing of STP, training of owners personnel, trial runs for 30 days after commissioning and performance guarantee test run for 72 hrs of continuous operation meeting the hydraulic capacity and outlet treated sewage parameters, guaranteeing, and handing over of MBR based packaged STP to EIL, all on turnkey basis, as per the enquiry document and drawings all complete as per scope of work doc. no. 8590-000-17-42-SW-0001 within STP Vendor's specified battery limits. However any other additional works deemed necessary to be completed to meet design/process/operation requirements shall also be included in the scope of the STP Vendor. It is envisaged to utilize all the civil units in the existing STP for the proposed Plant including all rehabilitation works as required to suit the new STP. All piping and instrumentation in the existing STP to be replaced with new suiting to new plant as indicated in P&ID of Doc. No. 8590-000-17-42-11111. Emptying out the existing tanks and dismantling of all the obsolete equipment's, Piping, Valves, Vessels / filters including its media/resins, Instruments/ cabling/ JBs/ trays etc, Bolts and Nuts, electrical wiring etc. and disposal of the same shall be included in the scope STP vendor in-line with the rules & regulations issued by local authorities. | 1.000 | LS |
| 3 | Operation and maintenance (O&M) of proposed Sewage Treatment Plant for 3 years which shall start from the end of successful commissioning. During the entire Operation and maintenance contract period, the STP Vendor shall maintain the guaranteed hydraulic capacity, guaranteed treated sewage quality as per Scope of Work/Supply doc. no. 8590 000 17 42 SW 0001 and ensuring trouble free & efficient operation of units individually and the plant as a whole. Supply of all spares, chemicals and consumables required for successful operation of the plant shall also deemed to be included in the scope of STP vendor. | 1.000 | LS |
