    1 SECTION: A A: Supply of Semi-Skilled manpower for a period of seven (07) months responsible for daily ground maintenance and turf care operations. This includes: operating green mowers, fairway mowers, rough cutters for turf trimming, conducing top dressing of greens and tees, sweeping and clearing debris from fairways and roughs, executing tee box operations, and assisting in other field activities such as bunker maintenance, hole changing, and general upkeep of playing areas. B: The team will be responsible for irrigation management of the Golf Course, including pump operation, sprinkler operation, and maintenance of Golf Course lakes and will report to the Works Supervisor / In-charge Course. C: The Mechanic in the team will be responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of all golf course machinery and equipment. This Includes servicing of green mowers, fairway/rough mowers, blowers, top dressers, utility vehicles, golf carts. He will ensure all machines are functioning optimally, conduct preventive maintenance, maintain records of servicing, and promptly attend to breakdowns to avoid disruption of field operations and will report the works Supervisor/ In-Charge Course. 10 Labouers perday = 300 labourers permonth 2100 No.s
    2 SECTION: B Supply of a Supervisor for day-to-day golf course management operations for a period of seven (07) months. The Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising and coordinating routine maintenance activities of the golf course, including mowing, rolling, watering, aeration, top dressing, and fertilization of greens, tees, fairways, and roughs, along with the upkeep of bunkers, hazards, and landscaped areas. The Supervisor shall monitor turf health and assist in corrective measures, and ensure effective manpower management by deploying staff, maintaining attendance, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring timely execution of works. The Supervisor shall also oversee irrigation scheduling and ensure proper functioning of irrigation systems, pipelines, and sprinklers, while reporting any defects. The Supervisor shall supervise the safe operation and maintenance of machinery, maintain basic records of usage, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Regular inspections of the course shall be carried out to maintain playability and aesthetics, and necessary reports shall be submitted to the competent authority. The Supervisor shall act as a link between management and field staff and assist during tournaments and events, while remaining physically present on-site during working hours and as required on special occasions.
