| 2 | Taking proper shutdown of HT feeder from respective Sub Station, RMU and CSS , checking, testing of HT OH line / under ground cable on four / three / two pole structure and in RMU / CSS including etc. Opening / disconnecting HT electric connections, removal of old jumpers by cutting of old rusted nuts, bolts & washers etc. Repairs/ maint of HT GODs on four/ two pole stucture by providing new lugs of suitable size including new nuts, bolts & washers etc. repairs to operating mechanism of 11 KV air break gang operating with necessary oiling / greasing to moving parts and to set right the alignment of Male / Female contacts for proper working including making HT feeder serviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (a) Quoted rates shall deemed to included the cost of activities enclosed as per Annexure-I & II for 2 / 3 / 4 pole structure, RMU, CSS, VCB existing under Service centre No 1, 2, 3, CAIR, DAD, DCA, ALISDA TECH & RESDL, MTRDC TECH & RESDL, CEPTAM. (b) Minor consumable material required to complete the Job as per Annexure -II shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates and any major parts to be replaced shall be paid against respective items of this Schedule. (c) Details of sub stns mentioned at para (a) item No 36 (VCB=15, RMU=05 , 2 / 4 Pole Structure=11 Nos) | 9.00 | EACH JOB |
| 3 | NOTE (Contd): (d) For this job, it is essential to deploy minimum (01 electrician and 02 helpera) and they have to report to concerned JE at AGE E/M office and necessary record of attendance & wks performed will be maintained in register on regular basis with AGE E/M. (e) Jobs should be done on regular basis as per directions and report to AGE after completion of part of job on daily basis and report will be submitted in frequency of every month. Penalty of 500.00 per job per day if report not submitted for part of job at specified time shall be levied. Contractor shall provide all tools such as HT/LT Meggar, Insulation tester, wrench, rope, bamboo ladder, search light, gum boots, rain coat, safety gloves and other tools and will make them in working condition all the time, will improve any other related electric wks which is considered essential by the deptt. if manpower is not available to perform job, a penalty of 1,000.00 per day shall be levied. (f) Execution of these works during one month will be considered as one unit (one job) for the payment purpose. | ||
| 4 | Maintenance/servicing of existing transformer of capacity up to 500 kVA which includes the following work / operations, complete all as specifed and directed: (a) Opening of top plate after disconnection from HT/LT side. (b) Decaning of old transformer oil & keeping it for reuse after centrifuging to required dielectric strength as per IS schedules (c) Checking maintenance of all internal parts as HT/LT coils of all places, HT bushing, internal electrical connections, tap changing gear box. (d) Internal cleaning of tank by taking of complete coil/core of transformer outside and also cleaning of cooling tubes and make it free from sludge deposition. (e) Refilling of oil after repairs / maintenance work. (f) Change of cork Gasket of top cover. (g) Taking meggar value by applying not less than 5000 Volts meggar on HT side and not more than LT side from 500 Volts meggar & recording results. (h) Change of silica jel and glass of oil level indicator of cover both. | 8.00 | EACH |
| 5 | All as per item No 2 above but of capacity above 500 kVA and upto 1500 kVA NOTE (for Sl. No 2&3 here-in-before): The cost of unserviceable items which are required to be repaired / replaced, such as HT/LT bushes, HT/LT stud and nut , bolt and washers, glands, plate, grouting, etc shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. | 2.00 | EACH |
