(The cost of disposal of malba is covered under Item no. 4.1 and the MCD dumping ground, tax if any, shall be reimbursed separately on submission of receipt.) The rate includes all the above operations. For payment under this item the desilting material shall be paid only on the basis of weight receipt from the approved dumping plant. Note-1:- Only 70% payment will be released after desilting of drains & balance 30% will only be released after satisfactory maintenance of desilted drains for further 6 Months. Note-2 :- The drain should be desilted completely within 45 days after stipulated date of start of work. if particular drain is reported not to be desilted than a penalty equal to quoted rates of that drain (item) shall be imposed for non completion of work.
