| 5 | NOTES for Sl Item Nos 1 to 3: (i) Testing of earthing shall be done by 3 Pole Fall of potential method. (ii) Cost of tools and materials required to perform the test is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Water shall be issued by MES form Pump House/local water point. Contractor shall arrange tapping requirements to draw water for filling in earth pits. (iv) Test results shall be submitted duly obtaining signature of User's on demand as specified (v) Funnel, bucket for pouring of water shall be arranged by the contractor on his own, (vi) Cost of Common salt shall be included in quoted rate of this item. (vii) Contractor shall submit user certificate duly signed by JE, Engineer-in-Charge and User for payment purpose, (viii) Chemical required will be measured and paid separately for chemical earthing |
