| 2 | Supply of decorative and heritage type top mounted street light with system wattage of 120W with system efficacy of minimum 100-110 Lumen/watt, having a minimum lumen output of minimum 12000 to 13200 lumen. Decorative luminaries to be made of Spun Aluminum powder coated housing with PDC heat sink and should have IP65 optical compartment. LEDs make of CREE/NICHIA/OSRAM/lumiled. A Polycarbonate Diffuser shall be fitted in the Luminaries. The length of light from top to bottom must be minimum 610mm and the diameter light must be minimum 550 mm. The Luminaries should have surge protection of 4KV - 5 KV internal and 10KV external with driver voltage range of 140-280 V AC. Integrated suitable LED Driver to be fitted inside the Luminaries, having efficiency > 85% and in compliance to IEC standards. The LED driver shall be integrated; however it should be easily replaceable, as & when required post warranty period. The warranty period of LED driver shall be 2 years from the date of installation. System life of 40000 to 50,000 burning hours with 70% of initial lumens maintained, CRI>70 and CCT 5500K 355K. The Luminaries body should be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface. The luminaries shall be suitable for the fitment on the required single/double arm bracket. The luminaries shall be duly pre-treated and painted in U.V. ray resistant polyurethane paint in approved colour shade. A two way connector is provided for the mains connections. The luminaries are suitable 240 volt, single phase, AC. The warranty period of LED light shall be 2 years from the date of installation. Decorative luminaries shall be as per enclosed drawings. OEM must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures. (LM79 & LM80) certificate / Report from OEM shall be submitted. The colour of the light must be as per choice of site engineer.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Note:- The existing light will be given to the contractor. The contractor must quote the rate of new light such that the rate of the existing light must be reduced in the quoted rate.
