| 2 | Trimming of tree branches, which causing hindrance to free vehicle movement, blocking street light and touching the building etc., on road sides, avenues, streets and near buildings, including cutting the branches of trees using necessary tools, collecting, transporting and disposing them at places shown by the department using their own means of conveyance all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Note:- 1) The cut branches shall be further chopped into pieces having a girth of less than 2 inches and a length between 1 m and 2 m. These shall be segregated, loaded, unloaded, transported, and stacked at the waste processing yard within a lead of 5 km. No separate payment shall be made for these operations. 2) Wood branches and other serviceable materials shall be loaded, unloaded, transported, and stacked at the designated yard as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within a lead of 5 km. 3) Waste wood shall be segregated and stacked at suitable locations as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within a lead of 3 km. | ||
