It is a Public-Private Partnership(PPP) model where a private company is responisble for all stages fo a project, from its initial disign and construction to its financing, operation and transfer back to the Public Scetor at the end of a Concession period. (30 year). The Concessionaire shall Maintain the whole road in all aspect and collect revenue from advertisemtent kioshk, on raod parking charges, community Public Toilets, Road Cutting charges, Advertissement revenue collection or other user charges. The Core Objectives are as follows:- 1. Construction, Repairing and Maintenance of Raod 2. Road Sweeping 3. Horti-Cullure work along road and divider 4. Clearing of Drain & Desilting of Drain & Sewer 5. Upgradation of Road and Divider - Side Footpath & Parking (including lolipops inside divider) 6. Removal & Upgradation of G.V.P (Garbage Valnerable Point) 7. Upgradation of Yellow Spot - By Construction of new toilet/Urinal Block 8. Upgradation of Red Spot - Bidder have to identify Red Spot (Open Pitting) Place and Upgrade tham in beautiful Spot 9 Painting of walls & upgradation of Manuments & circle 10. Upgradation & Maintenance of Road light (Including Smart poles and lights). 11. Construction of Bus Stop & Water Hut 12. Upgradation of Road feature (Catseyes, signage Board and Road Marking) 13. Placing of Unipoles 14. ITMS (Intelligent Traffic Management System) 15. EV Charging Station. 16. Data monetization. All the above Construction work must be Carried out by the Bidder from time to time at their own Level. In Case of any kind of negligence or Carelessness the corporation (NNJ) will be free to impose penalties on the Bidder and the dicision of the Corporation (NNJ) will be Considered final for any rules and Conditions. | 1 | Rs.per year |
