| 1 | Providing , fitting, installation, testing & commissioning of 1500 GPH X (100-120) meter head submersible pump set and allied works for bore-well at Sarkoot Mandir, Kishtwar. The job includes submersible pump along with energy efficient 4/5 star rating 3-phase water lubricated wet type submersible motor of nationally reputed make viz. KSB make only conforming to relevant IS codes with accessories at Sarkoot Mandir, Kishtwar. Fabrication of graded reducer fabricated out of G.I. pipe of requisite length and dia. as per pump outlet dia. threaded at one end to hold delivery end of pump and welded at other end with heavy duty MS flange for pump s fitting with flanged column pipes (length of each pipe 10 ft with flanges at both sides) as per site requirement (approximately 100 meter in length of 40 mm dia)., nuts of size 16 mm are to be welded on opposite side of reducer so that clamping bolts of a tie-rod can pass through it. Coupling of the pump and motor assemblies. Fabrication of tie-rod clamping arrangement for clamping the pump & motor fabricated out of 40 x 6 mm MS flat with turn buckle arrangement made out of heavy duty 16 x 80 mm bolts welded at both the ends. The U-shaped clamp should pass though the bottom of the thrust pad of the motor and the bolts welded at its both ends should pass through the nuts welded on the opposite sides of the reducer for proper tying of the pump set. Filling of the cooling jacket of motor with distilled water ensuring the system free of air bubble by making the water to circulate from inlet port through outlet port of motor followed by plugging of the same properly. Testing of the coupled pump set by lowering the same in the test pit at workshop for checking the discharge of the pump and performance of the motor at zero head. Shifting of the pump set to site. Providing of new 4 mm2 submersible copper cable of (reputed make KSB/L&T/Havel s/Polycab only) 220 meters in length for making of connection of submersible motor with panel. The job includes p/f high grade patch roll & insulation tape and then lowering of the new submersible pump set along with the column pipes in the bore-well after providing & fitting of nuts, bolts and rubber insertion sheets etc. Job also includes providing and fabrication of M.S. Gantry together with 5 ton chain pulley bloc for extraction/lowering of pumping machinery along with allied works. The job includes P/F of 40 mm dia. Cast steel sluice valve - 01 no., 40 mm dia. cast steel NRV - 01 no. at delivery side, pipe wrench 24 mm and maintenance tool kit along with tool box. The complete job includes cost of the submersible pump sets, G.I. pipes, submersible cable, providing, fabrication/fitting charges of GI pipes with flanges/ nipple with flange & MS U-clamp, nuts/bolts, patching roll, rubber gaskets, lowering charges, all labour, carriage charges and taxes etc. Complete job including testing of submersible pump set after making all electrical connections of the submersible motor with the LT control panel at site. Design, fabrication, providing, installation, testing & commissioning of 50 Amps LT Control Panel 415 volts, AC- 3 phase, 50 Hz + 5% suitable for operation of submersible motor along with MUG-10/15 as standby. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR Sheet supported on M.S. angle job of suitable size with provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of suitable / steel grey enamel paint. The panel should be equipped with following components / features: 1. Incoming feeder for 50 Amps panel: The panel should be fitted with an MCCB 100 Amps., 3 pole of L&T Havel s or standard make only so as to break the power supply for rectification of the fault, 01 no. voltmeter, 01 no. voltage selector switch and a set of R-Y-B indicators at incoming side. 2. Outgoing feeder for 50 Amps LT control panel: The panel should be fitted with an Air break Star delta starter for operation of induction motor. The starter panel shall comprise of 03 nos. air break power contactors of 50 Amps, 50 Amps & 50 Amps. capacity of L&T only, (02 nos. for main and delta supply, 01 no. air break contactor for star operation of the motor), 01 no. voltmeter, 01 no. ammeter along with selector switches and a set of CTs and a set of R-Y-B indicators, 01 no. timer for change over supply of motor from star to delta, 02 nos. push buttons for start and stop operations of the motor and 1 no. MCB of suitable rating for protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper flexible PVC LT copper cable with proper thimbling at each end to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply. Protection device / Fault analyzer: A protection device / fault analyzer shall be fitted with the panel with capability to identify and trip off the motor on power failure and on appearance of electrical faults as mentioned below which may otherwise damage the induction motor 3..Protection Devices/Fault Analyzer :- The protection device /fault analyzer should provide protection against: i) Low voltage below 350 volts ii) High voltage above 440 volts iii) Single phasing iv) Reverse phasing v) Unbalanced phasing vi)Over loading vii)Dry running viii) Earth fault A bimetal overload relay of suitable range / set of fuses should be fitted within the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation/bye pass switch to bye pass the fault analyzer. 4.Testing & commissioning: The job includes shifting of the panel to each of the above stated site, providing & fitting of 16 mm2 multi strand copper cable (Havel s ,Polycab or standard make) 20 m in length for making electrical connections between the 200 amp. main switch and the MCCB of the LT control panel. The Job includes providing and fitting 3.5 core armoured al. cable 50 mm2 (Havel s ,Polycab or standard make) from electric pole to 200 Ampere main switch approximately 50 meters in length The panel should be tested firstly on no load and then on full load with tripping of the starter in the panel on running of the submersible motor installed at respective station on all the tests as referred above to test the fault analyzer cum controller, MCCB, contactors and internal wiring of the panel, checking of any loose connections & their rectification thereof etc. The complete job includes cost of panel/ material, labour charges, transportation/ shifting charges up to site of work, including installation, testing and commissioning charges and taxes. | 1.000 | Job |
