| 1 | Daily sweeping, washing & cleaning all the toilet floors dado, partition wall etc. brooming wash, coconut stick, jute swap, rubber broom and spraying water with bleaching powder including cleaning basin, sink urinal, water closets by sprinkling water rubbing & removing garbage to look the toilet hygienic including supplying naphthalene & phenyl as per scope of the work for any month of the year (except Sundays and Holidays) at least three time a day for all toilet blocks for the office of Transport Department, Government of West Bengal, Flying Training Institute (FTI), Behala Airport, Unen Bannerjee Road, Parnashree Pally, Kolkata 700060 with all cost of materials, tools & plants and lobours etc. Approximate total area of all toilets blocks - 40 sq.m and Daily washing, cleaning, sweeping floors & dado, removing waste materials & shifting furniture etc. as per scope of the work for any month of the year (except Sundays and Holidays) for all floors including entrance lobby at Ground floor for the office of Transport Department, Government of West Bengal, Flying Training Institute (FTI), Behala Airport, Unen Bannerjee Road, Parnashree Pally, Kolkata 700060 with all cost of materials, tools & plants and lobours etc. Approximate total floor area - 110 sq.m along with Daily sweeping & cleaning of court yard including removing waste material beyond the compound in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal in all respect for any month of the year (except Sundays and Holidays). Approximate total floor area - 14000 sq.m Note: The total cost would be determined per month based on the day-wise requirements as per above mentioned schedule.
