    1 Opening of the Thermax Make AMW-04 model Hot Water Generator. Dismounting of the burner gun assembly, removing the front plate / coil from it by employing chain block. The job then involves thoroughly removing soot and carbon deposits by using wire brush, scrapers and blower from shell and coil. The inside of the coil shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of de-scaling compound, sulphamic acid powder of Thermax Make (approx 30 kg) and water continiously for 24 hr with the help of pump while maintaining a pH of 1-2. The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/trays. All consumable items viz. brushes, detergents, deisel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required is in the scope of contractor. The job also involves dismantling/cleaning of the burner gun, cleaning of nozzles, diffuser plate, electrodes, photo cells and allied items. All other accessories of the boiler shall also be opened and cleaned similarly. The HWG shall be again reassembled, tested and commissioned after overhauling. The job also includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts, bolts etc. as required. The tools and tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor. 2 Job
    2 Replacement of Refractory of AMW-04 Hot Water Generator. The job includes complete removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases, angle iron hooks/holdfasts shall be firmly welded to the refractory base wherever necessary and collar of the top plate shall be repaired if required. Refractory shall be laid in "fire Crete Super" brand castible refractory cement. Front Plate Refractory (Glass Wool) 2 Job

    4 Servicing of 3 HP, Gear type oil transfer Pump by way of removal/dismantling of the pump assembly followed by checking of impeller, diffuser rings, bushes, bearings and mechanical water seal for complete water leakage. All wornout/faulty components viz impeller, diffuser rings, bushes, bearings and mechanical water seal should be replaced by the firm. The Job includes reassembling of the pump, installation, testing and commissioning of the same on full load. 1 Job
