(e) Laying APP Modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.50 Kgs/ Sqm with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement with plain finish laid over hot bitumen on roof surface. (f) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP membrane surface. (g) Overlaps (end and longitudinal) shall be finished by torch application. Note No (i) : Overlaps shall be provided as under End Over Laps - 150mm Longitudinal overlaps 100mm. (ii) : Waterproofing Compound shall be measured and paid separtely under relevant item and above items of work will operated upto 15 metre building of height. | 100 | Sqm |
