| 1 | Providing, supplying, erecting and fixing of tubular steel Shed Net House of overall size OF 600.00 sq.m having a clear height of 3.00 m, complete with all structural members, connections, anchoring and accessories as per approved design and drawing. The structure shall comprise 60 mm dia tubular steel pipes for columns/main vertical members, 48 mm dia tubular steel pipes for inserts/intermediate structural members, 42 mm dia tubular steel pipes for purlins and 42 mm dia tubular steel pipes for stays/bracing members, including all necessary clamps, connectors, GI/MS plates, nuts, bolts, welding, cutting, drilling and other accessories required for complete erection of the structure. All pipes are forming Indian Standard shaving wall thickness of 2 mm, The complete structure shall be adequately anchored to the ground/foundation with cement concrete work (1:3:6 ratio) and properly braced in both longitudinal and transverse directions to ensure adequate stability against normal wind and weather conditions. Providing and fixing 105 GSM UV-stabilized insect-proof net over the complete sides and roof/cladding of the structure. The insect net shall be of good quality agricultural/greenhouse grade, uniformly woven, UV stabilized, weather resistant and suitable for outdoor protected cultivation, having adequate tensile strength, durability and resistance against tearing and degradation due to prolonged exposure to sunlight and rain. The insect net shall be properly stretched and fixed to the tubular frame using suitable GI/Aluminium fixing profiles, locking spring/wire, clamps or other approved fixing arrangements, including all overlaps, joints, stitching, cutting, fixing accessories and labour, complete in all respects. Providing and constructing one anti-chamber/entry chamber of internal size 2.00 m × 2.00 m, covered with the same 105 GSM UV-stabilized insect net and provided with suitable tubular frame, door frame and insect-proof door arrangement, complete with all necessary hardware, fixing accessories and labour. The complete work shall include all materials, transportation, loading/unloading, fabrication, erection, fixing, cutting, welding, fasteners, clamps, foundation/anchoring accessories and labour, complete as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 4 | Nos |
