| 2 | Fabricating and fixing at site half partition (double skinned) of height 1200 mm and width 75 mm to form separation between work tops/cabins. A frame work of height 1200 mm is made using 19 mm marine plywood sections with grid of average spacing 600 mm x 600mm in between vertical or horizontal members framework is screwed on to floor/wall using steel screws of suitable size. Necessary cuttings in frame is to be provided to draw cable conduits. 9 mm thick marine plywood or flexy plywood is fixed on to both sides of the frame work with joints perfectly finished without any projection at joints.1 mm thick laminate (merino/greenlam/century ply or other apporved brands) as specified in the list of approved brand is pasted on both side as per the detailed specification in drawing. 15 mm x 80 mm decorative beechwood/ pinewood/ teakwood or equivalent wooden beeding/liping is fixed over top and at cut edges. Necessary grooves,cuttings and inlays should be given as per the drawings. Cuttings for fixing electrical boxes/switches should be provided where ever necessary. A skirting is to be fixed on to it at floor level as per detail. All exposed wooden surfaces are polished with melamine matt/clear after applying necessary base preparations, including concealing the screw heads.Drawings attached. | 29.9600 | sqm |

| 4 | Fabricating and fixing at site on to wall/ paneled wall/ partition or counters at base a beechwood/ pinewood /teakwood or equivalent wooden skirting of size 75 mm x 6 mm with top detailed as per drawing and fixed on to wall or partition base using suitable size brass screws or headless brass nails and along with glue. The joints of the skirting should be neat and no visible difference or overlap should be seen.
