| 1 | Engaging consultant for Architectural, Multidisciplinary Engineer Services (preferred as Consultant hereinafter) for Remodelling of Sports Stadium Palma Akhnoor Jammu Scope of work: The successful Architectural Firms shall be required to provide services in respect of the following fields for this project: 1. Taking client s instructions and preparation of design. 2. Measurement of existing structure and preparation of as-built drawings. 3. Preparation of detail Architectural & Structural Drawings. 4. Site evaluation, analysis and impact of existing and / or proposed development on the site/ building and its immediate environs. 5. Provide structural design proposal/ solution for roof covering of the seating pavilion, within the allocated budget. 6. It will be a sole responsibility of the Architect /Firm to get the structural Design approved and vetted from IIT / NIT/ DIQC Jammu/ GCET Jammu. The vetting fees, shall be paid by the firm. 7. Inspection, supervision and evaluation of works at regular intervals. 8. Any other individual /specific requirements of the project. 9. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Schedule of Specifications strictly in accordance with prevailing JKSOR. 10. Assisting Office of Executive Engineer, Sports Construction Division Jammu in preparation of tender document and later in the processing of the tender bids received till finalization of award. | 1 | job |
