    2 All-inclusive charges for Custom Clearance of Import including documentation/filing of Bill of Entry (BOE) and custom examination/co-ordination/Clearence/Handling charges at JNPT/Mumbai Port of 40 feet Open Top/Flat Rack container with EMD Engine. 5 Nos
    3 All-inclusive charges at CFS for the following (but not limited to) of 40 feet Open Top/Flat Rack container with EMD Engine: - • Terminal Handling Charges (THC) • Container Freight Station (CFS) • Port charges/CFS charges • Shipping line charges • All types of Stamp duty charges (including stamp duty levied by State Government on Import clearance of goods) • Weighment charges • Loaded ground rates • Seal-related Charges • Survey/Inspection Charges • Lift-on/Lift-off (LOLO) Charges at CFS • Miscellaneous Charges 5 Nos
    4 All-inclusive charges for safe transportation of the loaded containerized cargo (40 feet Open Top/Flat Rack) with EMD Engines for Locomotive from CFS to BLW, Varanasi (U.P.) by suitable road trailers, including transit insurance policy premium (Loaded Container transit Insurance Policy from Nhava Sheva Port to BLW-Varanasi) , proper lashing with belts/chain, welding of small pieces of angles/channels with trailers body to prevent lateral movement, securing and covering by tarpaulin. (Rates all-inclusive per 40' mechanical Trailer) 5 Nos
    5 All-inclusive charges for safe transportation of the empty container(s) from BLW, Varanasi to the designated CFS/Container Yard/Shipping Line within the prescribed free time All charges associated with movement and return of the empty container(s) from BLW, Varanasi to designated CFS, including Insurance premium charges (Empty Container transit Insurance Policy from BLW-Varanasi to Nhava Sheva Port), transportation, handling, and other incidental charges, shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The Freight Forwarder shall be responsible for coordinating with the Shipping Line/CFS for timely return of the empty container(s) and obtaining necessary acknowledgement/proof of empty container return. Charges towards insurance premium of return of the empty container(s) is included in the price quoted. All-inclusive charges for de-stuffing (only removal of wooden packing and lashing) of the EMD Engines for Locomotive from the container(s) at BLW, Varanasi at the designated location as instructed by RITES/BLW. Unloading of EMD Engine will be done by BLW in presence of Freight Forwarder. 5 Nos
