This quote does not include the ECC which shall be collected by the contractor and deposited to the MCD as per the actual, but include expenses which shall be incurred in collection of ECC. The offer amount after expiry of every year i.e. from the 2nd year onward shall be increased by 2.5% of the original quoted / awarded / negotiated amount. 2. I/We also agree to submit the following upon issue of Letter of Intent (LOI) by MCD and prior to signing of the Contract for this project: a. Contract Performance Guarantee of 10% of the awarded / quoted / negotiated amount in Indian Rupees in the form of RTGS / DD or in the form of BG as specified in the RFP document for Toll Tax. b. Contract Performance Guarantee of Rs. 12.00 crore in Indian Rupees in form of RTGS / DD or in the form of BG as specified in the RFP document for ECC.
