| 2 | Lady Justice Sculpture (Law & Judiciary Symbol) FRP Providing, fabricating, supplying and installing Lady Justice Sculpture (Symbol of Law & Judiciary) of 1.80 m (approx. 6 ft) height made of Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) including modelling, moulding, casting, finishing and fixing complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall include artistic modelling of the Lady Justice figure (with balance scale and sword) using special Shadu clay to achieve proper proportions and detailing. After approval of the model, waste mould shall be prepared in Plaster of Paris (POP) reinforced with 2" 2" wooden batten strips or bamboo supports for adequate strength during casting. The final casting shall be carried out in FRP (ISO grade) using mixture of resin, cobalt and hardener, reinforced with FRP mat in minimum two layers, maintaining uniform thickness of 5 mm to 10 mm for durability and structural stability. After casting, the surface shall be cleaned using nitric acid and water treatment to prepare the surface for finishing. The cleaned surface shall be provided with one coat of grey aster primer applied with air compressor spray machine. The sculpture shall then be painted with PU based decorative paint in minimum 2 to 3 coats, and the finished surface shall be protected with clear PU protective coating for long-term weather resistance. The item shall include transportation, handling, installation on pedestal/base frame with necessary anchoring arrangement, fixing with MS supports/bolts wherever required, finishing, cleaning and making the sculpture ready for display complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 1.0000 | One Number |

After finalization of the model, a waste mould shall be prepared using Plaster of Paris (POP) reinforced with 2" 2" wooden batten strips or bamboo supports for structural stability during casting. The final casting of sculpture shall be done in FRP (ISO grade) using a mixture of resin, cobalt and hardener, reinforced with FRP mat in minimum two layers, maintaining uniform wall thickness of 5 mm to 10 mm. The cast surface shall be cleaned using nitric acid and water treatment to prepare it for finishing. The work shall also include construction of decorative fountain basin in RCC / masonry structure, waterproofing treatment, plastering and finishing with granite / stone / tile cladding as approved, including water circulation system consisting of submersible pump, pipeline, fountain nozzles, control valves and necessary electrical connections for proper fountain operation.
