The scope shall also include development of 33 kV switchyard bays at the respective substations and complete evacuation infrastructure from the BESS up to the Point of Interconnection (PoI), including underground cable system, metering, protection and control systems, bus-bar extension/augmentation and other associated works, as applicable, under the supervision of OPTCL, together with all necessary arrangements, approvals, testing and commissioning required for declaration of Commercial Operation Date (COD), in accordance with the Tender Documents and Technical Specifications.
