Sheet roof, Doors & Windows, flooring, Ceiling, Perline and Rafters, Cutting and removing of GI Pipe, MS Plate, nuts & bolts, old rails etc. all structural members of the buildings / sheds by Mechanial or any other means with lifting and transporting of dismantled concrete / brick debris, reusable scrap materials to outside Port premises with all cost of material, labour, T&P & Machineries including cost of loading and unloading at both ends etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding Cost of GST). Note: The reusable Scrap materials will be taken by the agency. The cost of loading and unloading will be borne by the agency. No additional cost for disposal of debris and transporation of scrap materials from work site to the Contractor's site will be paid by PPA. Payment Schedule: 1. Demolotion of Old Y.M. Office with cleaning the site in all respect (Payment to be made : 40% of Contract Value). 2. Demolotion of Old Labour Office near Sarala Temple with cleaning the site in all respect (Payment to be made : 40% of Contract Value) 3. Demolition of CISF Watch Tower with cleaning the site in all respect (Payment to be made : 20% of Contract Value) | 1.00 | Each No. |
