Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004 (Heavy C – Class, weight per mtrs = 18.11 kg) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside bead free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be bead free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. | 5 | Fabrication & providing of panel board of size 5’ x 2’ to be fabricated out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle iron having a rectangular frame having 2 nos. vertical legs for grouting into the floor fitted with 12 mm thick one sided mica ply-board in the rectangular portion to be fitted with nuts-bolts and washers, and proper fixing /grouting of the panel board. Providing and fitting of 100 Amps. main switch and submersible pump controller on the panel board. Checking of the complete electro-mechanical system by identifying any loose electrical connections, their re-taping thereof and proper operation of the motor protection guard and testing of the system firstly on no load and then full load at site.
