| 2 | Supply of Jute Bags (Sacks) of Type-A with loose liner of 50 Kg Net capacity for Sugar packing on door delivery as per below technical specifications: Standard: 15138:2010 latest version Fabric: Type A bags shall be made from single piece of 568 g/m2 double warp, plain weave jute fabric of uniform construction with warp running along the length of the bag. The jute bags used for packing sugar shall be manufactured from raw jute of Indian origin. Holding Capacity: 50 Kg Sugar Seam: The sides of the bag shall be Herakles stitched with safety stitch as specified in 5.1.4 of IS 9113. Hemming at the Mouth as per provisions of 5.1.3 of IS 9113 The bags shall meet the requirement of freedom from defects. Tolerance: Corrected Mass per Bag in percentage (max) will be +7.5% to -6.0% Marking: The bales shall be marked as prescribed in IS 2873 Dimensions (Outside): Length 87.5 cm x Breadth 58.5 cm Ends/ dm : 31 Picks/ dm : 28 Corrected Mass: 630 gms. (Weight of each Jute bag should not be less than 630 gms.) Average Breaking Strength Min. N (Kg): Warp way 1570 (160), Weft way 1420 (145) Average seam strength N (Kgf): 440 (45) Moisture Regain: Moisture Regain (22%), Contract Moisture Regain (20%) Liner: The bags shall be provided with minimum 25 m thick loose liner made of food grade virgin. Stitching: Both Side Packing: The bags shall be packed in bales as prescribed in IS 2873. In one bale, total 500 bags to be packed. Number of joined bags per bundle of 25 Kg: 4 Nos, Contract Mass per bale: 315 Kg. Corrected net mass of a bale should not be less than contract mass.
