| 1 | NON AC REST SHELTER WORKS : Multipurpose Water Proof Non AC Dome of different sizes as per avaiblity of land with bedding facilities at 3-4 locations in required sizes including all Furniture, signages ,House keeping and Management works with Security. ( Apx. 6-8 domes as per Client/Authority requirements) P/E braced and tied M.S. Steel German hanger structure of required capacity and sizes with outer faces with two layer fabric with acrylic coating Glossy/matt as approved by the Client covered with approved front and side facades with suitable RCC foundations considering climate conditions/wind pressure as approved by Client/Authority. Roof covered with coloured/white waterproof and fire retardant good quality SRF PVC material, ceiling with white/colour fabrics. Providing 300 mm raised platform maintaining good level without any undulations with 19 mm thick Fire retardant Plywood/block boards (double layer) supported by M.S.steel frame/sections as approved by authority. Floor shall be covered with good quality of synthetic carpet 6mm thick. Front/Back/Side facades (All four sides) to be developed with minimum 6 mm ply fixed on wooden/steel frame work or fabric printing/other suitable materials etc. complete as approved by Authority. The each hanger structure shall have minimum facility of (1) Provide Bedding facilities with an approximate capacity of 625-850 bunk beds (double-tier/up-down configuration) in each hangar with total 10000 pax. Each bunk bed shall be supplied with a minimum size of 1.9 m x 0.9 m with minimum space b/w two beds is 90 cm, minimum 6-inch-thick mattress, good-quality pillow (Size - 75 cm x 50 cm) with pillow cover, bed sheets, and blankets, all as approved by the Authority. All the beds should be done with signage and marking with properly visible bed nos. The necessary requirements for partitioning in space & bedding capacity in each hanger, as specified by the Client using Octanorm panel walls (Minimum ht. - 2.5 m), shall be part of the scope of work. (2) Out of total Apx. 6-8 domes, One (1) dome shall be an approximate capacity for 100 bunk beds (double-tier/up-down configuration) at school plot. (3) Provision of approx. 20 nos. of dustbins (Min 65L) at each location is part of scope with regular housekeeping with necessary manpower (Minimum 10 nos of Manpower round the clock)at each location to upkeep the facility. (4) The Bidder shall provide good-quality storage racks (Specification for rack - Length: 2 to 2.20 m , Height: 2 to 2.5 m, Width of shelf - 0.45 to 0.80 m, Number of Compartments (Shelves) - 4 to 6 with minimum load capacity of 450 to 500 kg each) for the placement of luggage and shoes, with adequate capacity to accommodate the belongings of all occupants, subject to a minimum capacity of 1,600 persons or the actual number of persons accommodated in the dome, whichever is higher. (5) Bidder to ensure Fire safety norms and Emergency exits to be provided as per prevailing norms. (6) Provision of necessary Electrical wiring with 5/6 amp. and 15/16 amp. power points, 3 phase light fixtures as per site requirement with rates current capacity of Copper FRSL wires ISI make flixible wires in PVC rigid conduts and Heavy Duty cables of ISI/FRLS alluminium including MCB/ELCB for the heavy loads, LED lights, Spot Lights,HVLS fans (Size - 3.7 m (12 ft.) with motor capacity of 1.5 KW/2 HP, RPM - 50 to 75, minimum coverage area - 500 Sq.mt), Tower type fans & any other type of light fixture as per the site requirement/requirement of Client shall be scope of works. Provide minimum 500 nos. electrical points (5/15A plug points), wall fan/ ceiling fan/ pedestal fan/ exhaust fan as per requirement, General lighting (maintained minimum 250 to 300 lux) (using Tube lights/PAR lights/Metal/Halogen/ CFL/LED lights, etc.) for inside room/dome shall be part of scope. No separate payments for the same shall be given. The lights should be enough upto the satisfaction of Client and if required extra lighting shall be done without any extra cost. (7) Providing proper manpower for day to day Management and housekeeping cleaning manpower team on daily basis is a part of scope of work. (8). The Bidder shall provide a registration/administration counter complete with a platform, registration/working tables, chairs, lighting, fans, electrical plug points, and any other facilities or amenities as required by the Client. (9) The Agency shall provide all required PA speakers, loudspeakers, microphones, collar microphones, DVD/CD players, USB/Pen Drive/AUX connectivity, sound mixers, and other associated audio equipment within the dome area. The complete public address system shall comply with applicable standards and ensure clear, uniform, and uninterrupted audio coverage throughout the dome/outside areas. (10) Back up DG set including Diesel consumption (24x7) for all event days with required electrical assessories/cables- as mentioned in above sr no-6 shall be part of scope (consider Min 125 KVA- 2 Nos- DG sets at each location with minimum diesel avilability for each DG set to be retained during event days is 500 Ltr. or as per site requirements) All necessary signages and hoarding at the dormitory setup as suggested by Client, shall be part of bidder scope. The entire work shall be carried out as per the direction of Authority. The above scope includes necessary site clearance/levelling/shrubs removal to attend a levelled floor/ to do necessary pavering works if required. The works shall be done upto the satisfaction of TCGL/Authority. External lighting (except structures) & Fire extinguishers shall be paid separately. Temporary DGVCL supply shall be arranged by Agency and energy consumption charges shall be borne by TCGL. Mode of measurement: Actual carpet area/Platform area (In to In dimension) in plan shall be measured of structure only. No separate payments for backup Diesel of DG sets shall be paid. Cloth shall be changed on day-to-day basis. (2) Seating arrangement with round table/plain tables with 200 pax capacity & staninding table/chairs for minimum 500 pax capacity. (3) 1 Nos. of 65 inch display/TV with 4KUHD with minimum pixels of 3840 x 2160 with required floor/table stand or portable display stand suitable for temporary event installation., eletrical power, Built-in Wi-Fi for streaming and display of requiredcontent, All necessary accessories, cabling and connections required for smooth operation during the event days.(4) Necessary arrangement for mineral drinking water counters/Tea-coffee counters as per BSF/Authority requirements.(5) Provision of Min.20 nos. of dustbins (Min 65L) is part of scope and regular housekeeping with necessary manpower to upkeep the facility shall be part of scope(6) Ensure fire safety as per prevailing norms. (7) The scope shall cover provision of the separate space for cooking/Kitchen areas (Min 250 sq.Mt.) & store (Min 150 Sq.Mt.) with required 150 mm raised platform or paver flooring/furniture and washing area ( Min 100 Sq.Mt.) with minimum 15 number of stainless steel taps with proper water supply and UG drainage facility outside the food shelter area using a water proof structure with ceiling. Necessary erection of barrication and boundary walls with MS GI railing, mojo barricading with be part of scope of work.(8) The scope of work also includes required electrical work like 5/6 Amp & 15/16Amp. power points, 1 or 3 phase power controlled with required capacity of MCB/ELCB for the any loads, LED lights, Spot Lights, Tower type fans & any other type of light fixture as per the site requirment with rated current capacity of Copper FRLS wires ISI make flexible wires in PVC rigid conduits & Heavy duty cables of ISI/FRLS alluminium including MCB/ELCB lighting/power distribution boards (LDB/PDB) etc. The entire work shall be carried out as per the direction of BSF/Authority.
