| 1 | M&L for de-scaling the Shell Tube Condenser, Evaporator Cooler and Chiller water line complete up to AHU by circulating diluted hydrochloric acid (HCL) at the appropriate ratio depending upon the scale deposits till removal of all scales inside the copper tubes & shell of the condenser by forced feed method, removal of end covers, brushing with the nylon brush, removal of all scales and degreasing with caustic soda, flushing out thoroughly, refixing the end covers with new gasket packing and nuts and bolts, connecting the inlet/outlet water connections, checking of water leakage, testing for all the following capacities of Central type AC plants complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) All equipments / T&P / Transportation / Hiring Charges etc. for Pump Set, Pipes, Chemical etc. shall be arranged by the contractor & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (ii) Any item / job missed out in the item description / specification but technically required for successful completion of the work / job is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iii) The contractor / firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items / work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & responsibility of the same shall rest on the contractor / firm. (iv) Quoted rate is also deemed to be inclusive of any minor spares as decided by the Engr-In-Charge. | ||
