| 2 | The job involve dismantling of one no. rack pinion winch machine of D-10 distributary gate at Muralian head gate along with damaged hoisting I section by way of cutting the old rusted nuts, clamps and loading in the transport using hydra crane, tools and tackles with the help of manual labour. Complete dismantling of the winch machine at work shop to extract the damaged parts of winch machine. Repair to the broken leg of the winch machine by way of riveting the MS sheet of accurate curve after aligning the broken leg of cast iron material then reconditioning of winch machine after replacing the old side bushes, main worm gear. Assembling back the gear mechanism of winch machine and greasing it properly. Straightening of damaged /bent hoisting I section on machine. Carriage back of winch machine along with allied material to the site of installation, unloading with the help of crane, fixing the hoisting I section after ensuring proper levelling on both the axis then installing the winch machine on hoisting structure by providing and fitting of requisite clamps, nuts and bolts. Fitting/attaching the rack pinion mechanism to the leaf structure and checking for smooth up and down movement of the gate leaf. Complete painting of hoisting structure along with winch machine by way of providing two coats of superior quality enamel paint after cleaning its surface using emery paper.Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charge, labour charges and testing for its smooth operation at site. | 1.000 | Job |
