(b) Necessary Shutdown from JDVVNL shall be obtain by the contractor under his own arrangement after approval of Engineer-In-Charge. (c) Contractor shall submit test result of all equipments after completion of maintinance for Qtrly dully signed by the authorised vender (d) Contractor shall submit health certificate of complete 33/11 switchyard after completion of maintinance for qtrly sepertaly dully signed by the authorised vender. (e) Contractor shall be sumit the earthing test results Qtrly basis (f) Quoted Rates shall be deemed to include of minor consumable items, i.e Nuts bolts, wires, fuses,PVC tapes, Welding Job, cotton waste & cleaning clothes, petroleum jelly, grease, lubricating oil, emery paper, T & P items etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. | 4.00 | Each Job |

| 3 | Maintenance and complete overhauling /Calibration of 11 KV VCB/RMU rating upto 800 Amp suitable for repturing capacity 350 MVA and remote control switch including dismantling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol & CRC-226 and replacing moving parts including reassembling of parts after well cleaning of complete panel board, main bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints bus bar, CTs & PTs and spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode including all routine and preventive maintenance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (i) Spare parts required for replacement suitable capacity shall be measured and paid separately under respective items (Srl No.5 to 22) of costed schedule of works. | 4 | Supply and fix in replacement of microprocessor based relay of IDMT relay including testing, setting of relay for proper tripping according to load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1. Calibration certificate from competent protection team will be submitted by contractor. 2. Rates are deemed to include synchronisation of protection relay with main incoming 33 KV electric supply from JVVNL i.e. Co- ordination of power system incl setting of 11 KV in coming and out going circuits enabling the system to respond quickly for arresting the tripping to particular outgoing circuit. the job may include liaison with JVVNL for acquiring the tech data relative to relay/CT setting to achieve desired Co-ordination of the system all as directed at site and to the entire satisfaction of Engr in charge. Rates are also deemed to include synchronisation of 33 KV and 11 KV VCB's again after 3 months of job completed. A certificate in this regard to be submitted by the contractor in each case. 3. All Test equepments/T&P reqd for carry out calibration of relays etc should be deemed to be included in quoted rates. | 2.00 | Each |
