| 2 | M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatment / specified from bottom to top (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. Bituminous primer shall be 'Tar Mastic' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'EMW FLATE' manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (c) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be "SUPER THERMOLAY" manufactured by M/S STP LTD or MOPLY FP manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. | 35.00 | Sqm |
