Schedule 'A' PART-I (BUILDING WORK) SECTION-II :- SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT OF CAPACITY 330.0 KLD ( CONSIST OF 2 NOS OF PACKAGE TYPE EACH OF 165 KLD - Two Skid ) with Tertiary treatment plant and allied Tanks Supply, Erection, Installation and Testing & Commissioning & Civil work of FRP MBBR Based Underground Packaged Sewage Treatment plants to handle total domestic sewage of 330 KLD for projects of Military Engineering Services at Udhampur Project The Sewage recycle plant should be designed to treat 330 m3/day of sewage. The Treated water outlet quality will be as mentioned in tender or as per CPCB Norms, requirements for recycling and reusing the water for gardening / landscaping & irrigation purpose. The primary objective of the sewage treatment plant is to provide the required quality of water on a consistent basis. It is required to have Underground and a fully automatic package type containerized Sewage Treatment Plant in FRP based on Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) technology wherein the STP tank & Intermediate cum Treated Water Storage Tanks shall be designed as a package type plant in Pure Fiber Reinforced Plastic material of construction as per Chop Whoop winding process and as per UL 1316 standard by using Isophthalic Unsaturated Polyester Resin with a minimum tank thickness of 6.50-7.50 mm ( 0.5 mm) with hollow ribbing of polymeric material of 90 mm thickness encased on the outside of the tank and fiberglass to make tank suitable for underground application up to an over burden of 2 meters in soil having FRP Package STP 330 KLD Tank diameter of 2.438 mtr with usual process variation and having a length ofTank 1 is 12.800 mtr X 2 Nos, Tank-2 is 6.740 mtr X 2 Nos, Tank-3 is 12.800 mtr X 2 Nos, Tank-4 is 4.310 mtr X 2 Nos with Intermediate Storage Tank in FRP tank ( Tank -5 & Tank - 6 ) having diameter of 2.438 mtr with usual process variation and having length of 11.590 mtr as Tank -9 with an effective capacity of 45 KL & Treated Water Storage in FRP tank having diameter of 2.438 mtr with usual process variation and having length of 11.590 mtr as Tank -10 with an effective capacity of 45 KL in each zone. Collection sump in RCC will be required before Packaged STP system with ninimum effective capacity 50 KL to pump the sewage into the Package STP. Required STP to have four zones first zone to work as anaerobic/solid separation zone with suitable partition of FRP housed in single tank. Second zone to work as anoxic zone also created with suitable partition of FRP housed in a single tank. Third zone to work as MBBR Aeration zone also created with suitable partition of FRP housed in a single tank with advanced polymeric media with a surface area to volume ratio of minimum of 400 Sq. Mtr / Cubic meter suitably encased in a polymeric net to allow free movement of the media within fixed space created by the net. MBBR Aeration zone will get separate aeration through external Twin Lobe Air Blowers one working + one standby installed for providing air flow of minimum 563m3/hr by coarse aeration for speedy reduction of BOD. The fourth and the final/last STP zone also created & housed in a single FRP tank to work as sedimentation zone. Sedimentation zone to have submersible pump installed separately of 1.0 HP motor for pumping the activated sludge back to the anaerobic zone by way of PVC pipes of 50 mm diameter on a regular basis. Tank will have the fifth zone named Intermediate zone housed in the next FRP tank which will store STP outlet secondary water with a Filter Feed Pump installed inside the zone one working + one standby for pumping the secondary treated water into Tertiary Treatment Plant (PSF & ACF Filters) with a partition in FRP and the Sixth zone named Treated water tank housed in the same FRP tank to store the treated water received from Tertiary treatment. There will be chlorine dosing done separately or online in the final treated water tank. | 1 | Each |
| 5 | The whole plant to be controlled by Relay Base Control panel made from sheet molded compound of other accessories such as PVC Pipe Fittings 1 Lot, FRP Strap as per diameter of the tank, turn buckle 1 Lot, Wire Rope 1 Lot, Concrete RCC Block as per length of the tank, manhole cover as per the drawing, Eye Bolt 1 Lot, Wire Lock 1 Lot along with Multi Grade Filter 16.0 m3/hr -1 Nos, Activated Carbon Filter 16.0 m3/hr - 1 Nos, Filter Feed Pump-2 Nos (1W +1S) & Hypochlorite Dosing System-1 Nos. Each Tank must be Air-Tight which makes it stronger & durable and it also helps in maintaining Anaerobic & Aerobic conditions including necessary chemical dosing (Chemical s addition allowed ONLY for Tertiary Treatment). Internal piping for maintaining hydraulic retention time shall be inside the modular plant. All the external equipment s like pumps, blowers and electrical needs to be mounted in a blower room. M.S. puddle flange (hot dip galvanized after fabrication), inlet, outlet overflow, vent, M.S. cover, drain channel with M.S. gratings sump to house pumps. Bar screen shall be a part of the STP and having 10 mm spacing between bar made from M.S. Epoxy paint. Space being a severe constraint, compact, underground prefabricated systems are preferred. Due weightage will be given to energy efficient and low running cost systems. The system shall be provided with Relay base control panel, air blower, submersible pump and all other accessories mentioned in the tendering specifications. The Package STP, along with the Intermediate & Treated Water Storage Tanks, should be made entirely of 100% FRP material, manufactured using the Chop-Whoop Winding Process, with compliance and certification/approval in UL 1316 from UL LLC (Underwriters Laboratories).The tanks must be made using Isophthalic Unsaturated Polyester Resin.The Sewage Treatment Plant system should have a valid Green Product certification from a recognized government or third-party authority, such as CII, IGBC, Assocham, or another authorized body.The shell thickness of the tank should be between 6.50 mm and 7.50 mm ( 0.5 mm), with a dish-end thickness of at least 11 mm, made exclusively from 100% FRP material produced through the Chop-Whoop Winding Process.The technology must be listed in the CPHEEO Sewage Manual.The minimum hydraulic retention time for the complete Package STP system (excluding storage tanks) must be 21 hours.The minimum volume of the Filter Feed Storage Tank in FRP material must be 45 KL.The minimum volume of the Treated Water Storage Tank in FRP material must be 45 KL. The FRP Package STP tank manufacturer must have an NABL-accredited lab facility, and the tanks must be tested according to NABL standards. 5 HP submersible pump for equalisation tank-04 nos alongwith column pipes and header pipes and electrical connections.
