| 5 | Supply of prefabricated portable container cabin constructed using 30mm thick PUFF insulated sandwich panels for walls and roof. The sandwich panels shall consist of 0.35mm thick Galvalume PPGL sheets (Brand: Jindal Kingspan) on both sides with expanded polyurethane foam as core insulation. The main structural frame shall be fabricated using galvanized rectangular tubes of size 75 x 40 x 2mm for the base, verticals, and top frame. Floor and roof grids shall be made of 60 x 40mm and 40 x 40mm galvanized rectangular pipes (16 gauge) with a grid spacing not exceeding 600 x 600mm. Flooring to consist of 15mm thick heavy-duty cement board with 1mm thick anti-skid vinyl finish. Roofing shall also be made from 30mm insulated sandwich panels matching the wall specifications. All structural steel shall be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. Electrical system to include 2 nos. LED tube lights, 4 nos. 5A plug points, 1 no. 15A plug point for AC, and 2 nos. branded wall-mounted fans, complete with internal wiring through PVC casing and a distribution board with MCBs.
