Out of which 75 samples are tested in between 08.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m. at equal intervals of time and remaining 25 samples in between 01.00 p.m. to 08.00 a.m. at equal intervals of time. • Cost/ one test = X/ 100 X = The cost of all reagents required by the offered model to perform startup (if any), shut down (if any), active to stand by (if any), standby to active (if any), cleaning (if any), calibration (if any) and reagents for 100 sample run. The number of times of the each process required based on the workload and the consumption of reagents should be declared in the offer form, failing which the offer will not be considered. • Rate offered must be inclusive of tax. • For L1 calculation the “Cost/ one test” offered by the bidders shall be multiplied by 90,000 (100 tests x 25 days x 12 months x 3 years).
