    1 Dismantling/ demolishing of existing Godowns above floor level inside cargo jetty area. The godowns were constructed with RCC frame structure and C.C.block masonary. The works includes removal of reinforcement from RCC structure, dismantling of A.C.sheet roof and RCC/ Structural steel trusses, purlins, wind bracing, wind ties, gates etc. After dismantling the scrape materials like A.C. sheet, structural steel, steel reinforcement etc. will be stack at the site of work properly and to be taken away by the contractor on as is where is basis after depositing the amount quoted under credit item. The debries obtained from the dismantling the godowns will be disposed-off up to the lead of 2 km outside cargo jetty area and spreading at the disposal site as directed by engineer-in-charge. The area to be measured out to out of wall for payment purpose. 13384.000 m2
