The lift shall be suitable for 5 passengers of standard design having speed of 1.0 m/s serving from ground to 3rd floor i.e. 04 stops and 04 landings. All stops and landings are on the same side. The elevator shall be of state of art technology, energy efficient drive and all its components / accessories shall conform to relevant IS standards. This shall also include a DLP of 01 year. Power Supply - 400/415 V (3 Phase AC) Control: Selective Collective Operation/Simplex Full Collective Control. Drive: VVVF Drive with feedback control (closed loop) SITE DIMENSION: Available Shaft Dimension: 1670 mm (W) X 1370 mm (D) Available Pit Depth: 1550 mm Available Overhead: 4300 mm Note: The bidder shall visit the site before quoting the rates. Signals: Digital Car position indicator, car travels direction indicator in car and at all landing with call registration indicator. COP & LOP must have stainless steel face plate silver brushed with surface mounted button encoded with braille. Button: Floor pushbutton, alarm bell pushbutton, door open and close pushbutton etc. All buttons on car & landing shall be luminous & encoded with braille. Operation Push Button for lift maintenance & service should be present inside the car. Display type: Monochrome/ Colour LCD / Segmented LCD/ Scroll. CAR: Design: Stainless steel in hairline finish. Car floor shall be of a flat non-slip or chequered surface Blower fan in car for ventilation. Car Door: Stainless Steel Centre Opening/Side Opening Telescopic provided with photocell detector technology and having a fire rating as per OEM design. Round Handrail in Stainless steel finish provided on rear wall of car. PROTECTIVE DEVICES & OTHER ACCESSORIES: ARD: Automatic rescue device complete with battery system for automatic evacuation to the nearest floor in case of power failure. Overload Protection: On overloading condition, the lift car will not start with door remaining open and give audio & display indication. Motor overheat protection. Phase failure and phase reversal protection. Battery operated emergency lighting in the lift car. Emergency Alarm: Alarm button in car operating panel. Fireman switch and fireman control. Voice Synthesizer: Voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the lift. Buffers: As per manufacturer's standard conforming to IS. Counter weight shall be as per design. Main Wire Rope / Belt: As per manufacturer's standard conforming to IS.
