Survey and Civil works:- The job includes DGPS / total-station topographic survey of the corridor including a levelled section through the take-off crest, geotechnical and rock investigation at the platform, tower and anchor positions, detailed structural design (IS 800 / IS 875 / IS 1893 Zone V), cable dynamics report, GFC fabrication drawings, and independent third-party structural certification with load-test witnessing also Excavation, PCC and RCC M25 pad footings with pedestals — 4 nos. for the take-off launch platform, set back from the crest, and 4 nos. for the landing tower legs; incl. reinforcement, anchor bolts, backfill. RCC M25 anchor blocks for the take-off backstay and the landing rear anchor (2 nos.), buried, with embedded anchor assembly; take-off block founded on or dowelled into rock where the survey confirms it. The job also includes Crest edge stabilisation and drainage at the take-off, plinth protection and levelled approach at both structures. B. Steel structures (fabricated mild steel, painted, transported and erected) The Job Includes Take-off launch platform: 4-leg braced frame at the crest, rope attachment above designed crest level, 3.0 × 3.0 m deck at 3.0 m, saddle head, access steps at grade, handrails and launch gate. Landing tower: 4-leg lattice, attachment at designed level, 3.0 × 3.0 m deck, staircase, brake-line frame, handrails, gates. Quantity as above, Backstay and rear-anchor assemblies: forged eye plates, pins, bridle plates. C. Zipline system The Job Includes Main wire rope (Make: Severstal Metiz or equivalent) (Construction: - 1 x K43 (1 + 6 + 12 + 12 + 12) 18 mm 6×19 IWRC, 1960 grade, pre-stretched, galvanized, incl. tails and spooling = 350 m Termination and tensioning hardware: forged turnbuckle 16 t SWL (2), forged wire rope clips, heavy-duty thimbles, bolt-type shackles, swage/spelter sockets Manual dual-layer braking system: primary brake block on the main rope with bungee-cord retraction line and landing-operator control, plus secondary spring-buffered emergency arrest block, with brake frame and fittings Head Rush Impact trolley with locking hook = 10 no. Rider PPE sets: EN 12277 sit harness, EN 12492 helmet, double lanyard, EN 12275 carabiners, gloves = 10 sets. Walkie-talkie communication system = 2 sets. Rescue system: Rescue trolley, haul kit, descent device, edge protection, rope 350 m. Bilingual rider briefing and eligibility boards at both stations, weight-limit and prohibition notices, emergency contact and evacuation notice boards, calibrated digital weighing platform, and rider log / declaration register system Launch gate, deck safety tethers, anchor points and operator stations (both decks) | 1 | Job |
