| 1 | Dual Desk :- W 1066mm x D 830mm x H 760/452mm Providing, placing/installing of Dual Desk manufactured to the specification provided below - The overall dimensions of desk will be W 1066mm x D 830mm x H 760/452mm complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in- charge having the following specifications:- (a) Side frame structure: Made of prime quality CRCA pressed form section 165mm x25mm x 1mm thick welded to 25mm x 50mm x 1.2mm thick CRCA tube 830mm length. Seat and back side frame structure also made of prime quality CRCA pressed form section 165mm x 25mm x 1mm thick welded to 25.4mm diameter x1.6mm thick ERW -1 pipe. All 8 nos. horizontal supports are 25mm x 25mm x 1.2mm thick shall be CRCA tube. Rectangular tube 50 x 25 x 1.2mm thick should be closed with CRCA welded Sheet both sides and The back pipe dia. 25.4 x 1.6mm thick should be closed with metal process with end sealing machine (Back side) and other side (Under the seat) PPCP cap complete as per drawing. (b) Front panel cum tray shall be made of prime quality 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet of H 150mm x W 1012mm x D 250mm to 300mm with middle partition and side stiffeners of MS CRCA tube size 19mmx19mmx1mm thick. One vertical support (partition) of square tube size 25mm square x 1.2mm thick must be provided at centre of tray and Front Face must be embossed as per drawing. (c) Additional front panel prime quality 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet of size H 150mm x W 1012mm X D 21mm with square perforation. CRCA Tube of size 19 x 19 x 1 mm thick to be inserted for full length at bottom of Jali as shown in Drg. (d) Desktop, seat and back shall be made of IS: 303, 18mm thick plywood of MR grade having AA types of surfaces of OSL (one side 0.6mm thick lamination and one side balancing) and three edges must be sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge banding tape with hot melt glue standard D4499 Jowatherm -280 on through feed edge banding machine. Edge band must be trimmed on edges and corner, Sizes are below:- 1. Seat W 1066mm X D 260 mm. 2. Desktop W 1008mm x D 338 mm 3. Back 1066mm x D150 mm 4. One long edge of Desk top, seat & back shall be post formed with round edge. (e) Desktop must be fitted with M6 sunken bolt 3 nos. size M6 x35mm length Zinc plated from Top side, maximum distance 40mm from desktop edge and 3 nos. MS Zinc plated screw self-tapping size dia. 4mm x 38 length again from Bottom side (f) Seat and back each must be fitted with 6 nos. MS screw Zinc plated self-tapping size dia. 4mm x 38 length from Bottom side (g) Hooks made of MS wire dia. 5mm and size W 23mm, D 32mm and H80mm must be provided on inner side of vertical pressed formed steel section on both sides (h) (i) All Pipes shall be of ERW-1, IS: 3074-2005/ IS: 4923 and CRCA sheet, IS -513 CR-2 Designation- Grade D). (ii)All MS. CRCA parts must be MIG, TIG or spot welded as per technical requirement (i) ll steel components must be powder coated process should be conveyoredcontinues flow to oven and temperature control in oven with thermostatic system. The thickness of desk should be minimum 50 microns dry film thickness(DFT) after 8 tank pre-treatment process flow using Hankel make chemical i.e. Degreasing (1st tank),Water rinsing (2nd tank), Derusting (3rd tank),Water rising(4th Tank), Activation (5th Tank) ,Phosphating (6th Tank),Water Rinsing (7th Tank),Passivation (8th Tank)and dipping should be PLC control line through mechanical transporter The parameter temperature should be displayed at every tank.
